Two yoga workouts — one to prevent future stress, the other to relieve current stress. Led by a medical physician, Dr. Baxter Bell, you get unpretentious instruction and a variety of classic yoga poses. The stress prevention program is designed to help you understand how your body carries stress (“be aware of how you hold your head”). With that knowledge, you can adjust your everyday actions and postures to remove the underlying causes. The stress relief workout is more of a “right now fix.” It’s designed to reduce the mental and physical tension you’re currently experiencing. Includes three, eight-minute bonus segments — relaxation, breathing and guided meditation.
